The Los Angeles Lakers cruised to a 122-101 victory over the Golden State Warriors in Game 6 of their first-round playoff series, advancing to the second round with a dominant display.
LeBron James turned in a masterful performance, erupting for 43 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists in the fourth quarter to lead the charge. With the Lakers trailing by 8 points entering the final period, James took over, scoring or assisting on every play for Los Angeles.
Austin Reaves also played a pivotal role, knocking down a clutch three-pointer with just over 2 minutes remaining to give the Lakers a 113-100 lead. Reaves finished the game with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists.
The Lakers defense was relentless, holding the Warriors to just 29% shooting from the field in the second half. Anthony Davis contributed 21 points and 12 rebounds, while Russell Westbrook added 11 points and 9 assists.
