Harboring's Heroics Propel Hosts to Triumph

West Indies Emerge Victorious in Bridgetown

The West Indies have clinched a resounding series victory over England by emerging triumphant in the third and final One-Day International (ODI) at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Chasing a revised target of 207 in 34 overs due to rain, the hosts got off to a slow start but were propelled to victory by a brilliant innings from Shamarh Brooks. The right-hander smashed an unbeaten 93 off just 80 deliveries, including 9 fours and 3 sixes.

The West Indies reached the target with 14 balls to spare, securing a 4-wicket victory via the DLS method. The win marks their first ODI series triumph against England in the Caribbean since 2014.

The result gives the West Indies an unassailable 2-1 lead in the three-match series. The first ODI was abandoned due to rain, while England won the second match by 26 runs.

The victory is a testament to the West Indies' growing strength in ODI cricket and provides a major boost to their confidence ahead of the upcoming World Cup.
